 Relaxing Blend: For use in the evening, before you go to bed or after a hectic day and you need to relax. The oils have been chosen for their calming, sedative and stress relieving benefits
Basil: Basil oil is a very beneficial oil and can be helpful not only for headaches and migraines, but also has an uplifting effect on depression.
Lavender: Lavender oil has a soothing and calming effect on the nerves, relieving tension, depression, panic, hysteria and nervous exhaustion in general and is effective for headaches, migraines and insomnia. Aids restful sleep. Lavender oil also relieves pain when used for rheumatism, arthritis, lumbago and muscular aches and pains, especially those associated with sport.
Mandarin: Did you know that eating mandarins before you go to bed help you to sleep? They are also said to help relieve stress and irritability. The bromine content, a sedative to the nervous system, is higher in mandarins than any other citrus fruit.

 Cold Cure Blend: Choose this blend if you have a cold and are all bunged up. The oils in this blend are very strong and will clear those passages in no time at all!
Cajaput: The antiseptic benefits of this oil will help to fight your cold. It has a good effect on fevers too by promoting sweating, helping to cool down your body.
Pine: Pine Oil is very good for fighting flu and other viral infections. Its warming properties will help with cold related muscular problems and will help you to breath easier.
Clove: Its pain relieving properties have seen it used for toothache for many years. We use it in this blend for antiseptic, respiratory and uplifting properties.
Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus oil has a cooling and deodorizing effect on the body, helping with fevers and migraine. For the respiratory tract, it helps with coughs, asthma, throat infections, sinusitis and catarrhal conditions. It soothes inflammation and eases mucus, clearing the head from the stuffiness of colds and hay fever. It also helps to improve concentration, giving you that extra lift.
